I'm pretty sure that's just a rendering of a 6x6 Studebaker-ized Dodge Deora concept. Not certain. But not real. Stude did make some cool trucks though. The Coupe Express from the '30s and the Champ from the '60s were both kind of ahead of their time as a truck that offered more car comfort than usual, and the Champ also used fiberglass/composite construction.
