So my plates renew in early June. I've been on the fence about personalized plates & can't decide if it's worth the $$. I do quite a few car shows locally so it might be worth it to have a little fun. Now I need suggestions for two vehicles:

The Toaster. Occasional autocross, local car show, SCCA member, not very aerodynamic.

MR2. Rallycross, occaisonal car show and cruise-in, definitely fun. (Eligible for historic plates now)

---Both Ohio, 7 letters. Any suggestions? (IH8WIND comes to mind for the xB.)

Off topic but the new Ohio plates are way beter than the ones Strickland's wife designed while I was down there.

On topic- Why not just "Toast" or "4 Slot" for the Scion?

I was going to suggest "INABOX" for the Scion but it isn't available.

I thought about it ... but a normal plate is $28, I already pay an extra $10 for my VietNam Vet. tag .. to personalize it would be another $30 = $68 each yr .. decided not to

It makes it through the online approval at least.

There was a Columbus Dispatch article years ago about rejected Ohio vanity plates and, while the people that make that call must be super-prudes, they are about 30 years out of date on slang. I bet BOXLKR would get a pass.
