I think the Hoosiers in the photo kinda give the answer here.
There's a saying I heard once and try to live up to as much as possible:
Hope for the best, expect the worst.
I vote MR2.
Based on the weather, I'm gonna go with u-boat.

MR2 for the Win.
Corvette if you want to show off Drift Mode...
I've already made the same decision, and switched from the E Street Miata to H Street in my daily. I'll be going from (hopefully) competing for a trophy to trying not to be last in class. That's fine, I'll still have fun and maybe exceed expectations.
With all the time effort and money that's been put into the Corvette, I wouldn't consider running it in those conditions.

That one doesn't go out in the rain.
Does the Buick still run?
It's about competition, right? Whichever class is bigger is the most fun.

What Buick? This one isn't in the immediate GRM family anymore.

MR2...........easy button, all things considered.
It's not looking any better...
If you drive the MR2, you might be able to see out of the windshield; it has HVAC, right?

Yep, here at the lovely Best Western in Waldo (actually approximately the fourth best western, but who' counting?) Got the MR2 and it's Falken RT660s on the trailer. And its a/c in the engine bay. I figure betyween the tread and the additional fog rejection it'll be the hot setup in the rain. And if it's miraculously dry, it's still a fun car in XSA and we have a good group.

Boooo! No ridiculous power slides in the rain? Where’s your sense of adventure?
Boy, did it. Last two run groups had much better conditions.
