Too bad it's on-site in Topeka. That assistant manager of road racing sounds perfect. But got to pass at the topeka requirement.
Whenever I see "Topeka", I automatically run a word substitution algorithm in my head and come out with "Google".

I autocorrect to Tapioca.
What's Topeka like, anyway? I drove through Kansas once, but all I remember about the overall state is that it's flat, and compared to the state I had just finished driving through (Missouri) it had a noticeable lack of White Castles. I tend to find mid-western U.S. cities very cool though.

What’s Topeka like? From Wikipedia:
The name "Topeka" is a Kansa-Osage word that means "place where we dig potatoes",[12] or "a good place to dig potatoes".[citation needed]

Topeka is like a fancy Wichita.
If Wichita is a casserole made with cream of mushroom soup, Topeka is that same casserole with a little garnish of parsley.
I am not going to lie... the second thing I did (right after reading those job postings) was zip over to Zillow to see what real estate looks like out there. It looks like a very nice (and affordable) place to live.
I love your descriptions of the city. Now I want to go visit.
Many members say their website is one of the hardest to navigate. Just saying. New blood may be a good thing.
Seems most of the open wheel guys are mad at the Road Racing honchos this month.

THe folks that I know in the corporate team of SCCA are all great, Mike appears to be a fantastic person who always remembers people and has done an admirable job growing the club during his tenure. I have spoken to him about the new registration portal and I know the goals of tool are admirable...
I wish them the best of luck in the search.
