Looks like a lot of luxo-barges and other assorted crap. There are maybe 3 or 4 cars I would go out of my way to own there

One of the best things about GRM is the diversity but this?... Really? I know I don't have the best of tastes but damn!.....

THOSE ARE A COUPLE OF HIS BEST CARS! Its apparently an acquired taste...let me guess you probably don't like Miami Vice, the Rockford Files, the B-52s, Atari and other 70-s and 80-s cultural icons!?lol.

LOVE those square Lincolns!

And man, the black '60 Caddy is perfect. Completely droolworthy.

I know we tend towards small and sporty, but that 1966 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible is dead sexy!

I once went to see an old guy who had one similiar to this in his collection, along with an old 50's 2 door lincoln, another lincoln from the 40's and a whole host of other cars. But they were all in bad shape and he refused to sell any of them nor did he have enough money to fix any of them up. he later died and his family ended up doing who knows what with the cars. that got me thinking about car hoarding...if you are going to hoard keep them in good shape or in this case BUY them in good shape and keep em that way!

Yes, really.! LOTS of people love(d) those cars. To say nothing of what they are currently woth--or will be in 10 years from now.

My dad's black, 5.7 liter, 88 Trans Am GTA was the car to have back in the day and it looks like this guy had one too!

His description page for his P71 calls it his best daily driver ever. Glad I'm not the only one who thinks that!

As for the collection, a resounding "meh". Most of the cars aren't even his, and nearly all of them were bought. I see very few actual restorations. The 93 RX-7 R1, 95 NSX, and the VR4 3000GT are about the only sports cars. The Jag and all the Vette's are freaking "loaded - rare" automatics. If I put up a website with pictures of every car I've ever owned, it would be impressive too. Doesn't change the fact that there's only 4 here now, and one of them is a parts car.

Wagons rule. GRM needs to do a cool wagon article. Maybe even a comparo with a pickup and minivan. My money is on the wagon in the autox

Ok, I'm going to keep posting links until magazine management tells me to stop.

After your done checking out the Buick, scroll back and check out James Cagney's Auburn, or the 84 crossfire Corvette. Not a whole lot of grassroots going on, no sir but what the heck...
