Luckily, taillight is the same from the 924 through 944 until the 968.
Diffuser is a 951/944S2 piece unfortunately. There's almost always someone parting a car on the Pelican Parts forum, might be worth checking there if you don't find something here.
There was a red cabrio in the moss landing ca pick and pull. Its too far for me, but someone closer could check its still there and has the right part
I hear my page, and I respond with.... Unfortunately I won't be much help.
Those parts are prohibitively expensive to purchase new (in fact, I'm 90% sure the diffuser is NLA), so the used market will be your friend here.
One thing you may want to look into with your new tail lights, though... When I had my 944, I tinted the amber and clear sections of the tail to be red using some model paint. IMHO, it makes the car look 1000% better. (better looking race cars are better for sponsors...)
