More people have birthdays in the middle of october because depending on when the birth happened (early or late) it's exactly nine months from new years eve.

early-mid October is 10 months and some change....????

i DO know late August to early/mid Septemeber would make conception sometime around Xmas, or new years eve

Well, the human gestation period is forty weeks, give or take early or late births, early october/late september makes an end for new years conceptions.
