I bought a SAAB 9-5 from Pete, my son picks it up on Sunday. Went into Pete's garage to get the snow tires mounted on another set of rims, OMGoodness!
Triumph GT6+. "Yeah, guess I'd sell it".
1958 Volvo two door wagon. Ash slats on the roof rack, wood in the rear area etc. Two tone green. Twin SUs and electric overdrive.
Rust free, solid car, came from California 15 years ago, been in the garage since. Hasn't been registered since 1968.
What's not to like? What should I know?
PS: I know I should be over at CM for this, but it's more crowded over here.
Thanx, Dan
Trust me, I know enough not to bastardize this one!
There is nothing not to like about these cars. Parts are relatively available, decent aftermarket support, active classic Volvo clubs. This one looks in fantastic shape. Go for it.

That photo is only for reference. The one I saw is green but almost as nice.
So why are you posting here instead of waving cash at the owner then?
Tell us more about the GT6+.
You better not bastardize that one.

What kind of guidance are you looking for? Pricing?
Yes, mechanical parts are pretty easy, although some of trim bits for the duett take a bit more effort to find.

Bumpers paint matched to the Panasport wheels, later engine; 105 vs 90 hp, green/blue-ish paint. Nice interior.
Haven't discussed money yet.
