I was at the corner gas station a bit ago when I car turned the corner & grabbed my attention. I have no clue what it was & google isn't much help. Here's what I can tell you:
- It was "new". So I'd say no more than 10-years old, and possibly something brand new.
- The overall side profile was reminiscent of the original GT40. I wondered how it passed pedestrian safety regulations with such a low nose.
- It was about the overall height of a C6/7/8 Corvette, but wasn't very angular.
- The color was a dark bronze & I thought it didn't compliment the design very well, though it wasn't a bad color.
- I couldn't hear any sound from it as it pulled away from the corner(gently). So I have no idea if it's propulsion.
- It had 4-doors...
Any ideas? I've checked Maserati, BMW, Mercedes, and Ferrari but nothing looks similar.
They're surprisingly huge on the outside, but small inside.
It's such a shame how they went out too; less than 8 years old and few shops will touch them. Worse yet, their new owners aren't fans of the open-source software they've made to keep their cars working.
Do I recall Bob Lutz converting these to a V-8?

Funny enough I just saw one this morning. Really nice paint, almost 70s tasting metal flake from a distance.
Or the Revo from Karma Automotive, which is the new company from the ashes of Fisker Automotive....

I love the design choice of exiting the exhaust through the rocker panel under the front doors. Jalopnik discovered that if you let it idle with the front windows down, it filled the cabin with exhaust and choked you out.
