It looks a lot like this Cal Custom 4-speed knob on ebay, for what that's worth.

Lol yeah that was the top Google reverse image search. The little chevrons look nicer on the 3 speed one.
The only car I ever owned with a floor mounted 3 speed was my '75 Ford Granada. Knob was about that colour.
