Scrolling through Craigslist came across 2 Celicas that are built identical. Same mods, cage, fire system. Are tbese some kind of spec series car??

Could these be two of the cars that they used for the Toyota celebrity race that supported the Long Beach Grand Prix?

Weird that they don't have dents all over them.  Those races were always a bit rough.

There's an earlier generation one(supposedly raced by David Hasselhof) that was for sale down here for challenge money. It needed the engine put back together & the cage was likely not legal for any sanctioned racing.

Very well could be one of these cars.  The graphics have been changed since then if so.  Probably wouldn’t have any way of finding out who drove it.  I’d like to have one of the red cars!
