I'm sure we have some international harvester experts here. Can anyone help me with the travelall designations? Specifically the 1010 custom eight. Thanks in advance

Perfect! From what I have been reading, the 1010 has to do with weight ratings? Is that correct? And do you know where I can find the ratings? My google skills are coming up short on finding anything specific to certain models of the travelall
I once owned a '65 pickup with a 6-cylinder, 4-speed manual with granny 1st, and a 5.38 final drive. Someone told me the engine was the same that went in some of their tractors...,

I'm quickly falling in love with the looks. It's been sitting for about 30 years but is almost completely rust free. Might be a good starting point for a restomod
Yeah, drop it on a semi-modern truck engine/frame for an excellent looking classic truck with modern capability and driveability!
Looks like it's '68-'72. At least '68 because it has side marker lights, less than '73 because of no 5 mph bumper.

I have a serious soft spot for them since childhood, and even then I never understood why. But I do.

It was titled as a 73. I guess I better look in to that

If the '68-'72 bumper passed 5mph crash, no change was required for 1973.
You buying that in Richmond? Nice!
Just spotted this in NOVA 1963 International Harvester Travelall - $1500 (Arlington VA)
My brothers FIL had them. Drove them until there was nothing left of the body, but they seemed indestructable

I was eye-balling that one a little while ago. Wife likes it, might have to go scope it out.
Good score! Looks fresh from the Barn.
Wait, is that at the little classic car place next to Buzz and Neds? Were they selling it?

Looks like it is already gone. I love the lines on the older ones.

It is! And no it came out of a carriage house in the fan. I work at the shop and we haven't decided what we are going to do with it. Might be for sale as is at the right price, or maybe take it in a wild direction.
