The Moretti rebody is rare and awesome any window seals or specific trim will take you years to source or remake. I haven't looked into the values of well done Morettis but I am guessing they could be in the $30K range for a well done one.
Moretti isn't as desirable as the Zagato, Allemano or Viotti etceterini but it is really cool. Which front end do they have?
The car underneath is just an 850 so it is simple and pretty cheap to rebuild. Not fast or even quick. Think 16 seconds to 60mph. Fun to drive everywhere flat out, winding it out like a rally champion just to keep up with traffic. They are small enough to have a bit of trouble in traffic since they are way under the viewing range of most modern cars. I daily drove mine for 4 years and hope to again soon.
If you decide not to buy them pass the info on to me. I think we might be interested provided there is enough of them left to ship across the US.
