Doesn't look too bad.
ISIS is a "decent" quality china brand that Enjuku racing is pushing. I think you can get them through ebay as well.
Looks like a cheaply built car any one can replicate. But could be solid. 240's are so easy to make fun though. A new set of coils and it would be a very well balanced car to have fun in as is.
I wouldn't pay any more then 5K though, no coils and rims kill it.
