Is this a standard foglight size? (lens replacement help)

I have some old foglights that I bought for used (and rusty - and therefore cheap ), restored and put on my Sammy. On the weekend a guy backed into it and broke one of the lenses. He's offered to pay for it so I'm trying not to ruin him with the cost of a set of new fogs over a broken lens, and just get some lenses.

I have no idea where they came from. The lens itself is about 5.75x2.75, I think they might be identical to these:

I've seen many other fogs of the same size, is this some kind of standard size?

Here are some pics I took at lunch...the camera didn't seem to like focusing on a reflective object.

Think I'm just gonna check a junkyard for the lenses, and if I can't find them I'll bill the guy for these:
