I think I found this on Jalopnik or Hooniverse. Regardless, its 10 minutes of neat shots, and a look into Japanese vehicle culture. Check it out.

I like it. I really dig the Japanese passion for cars.
There's nothing like watching older Touge videos. Those drivers are NUTS!
Really cool video. It's amazing the different car cultures around the world. Then I watched about 100 hundred other GoPro videos. Good stuff.
Talk about pink and very neon lighted lambo was just wacky for sure, but kinda cool innactwisted way.
Un effing believable... in the first scene, the guy's welding, under the car, looking up, with no helmet, with MIG throwing sparks everywhere. Gezzus... there's stupid and then there's this... okay, back to the movie.
Pretty cool! I like the music a lot but all those flashing lights under/in/around the cars nearly caused me to have a seizure.

And that guy is THE rauh welt guy.
And you can see the amazing quality of the welds in this picture!
In a country where a 4 year old car is almost impossible to get past a safety inspection, how do these guys get some of these things on the road?
EDIT...I give up with the picture inking thing. This board is retarded when it comes to images.

I think it might be, actually. The whole whatever it takes attitude. Get the job done. I want this cool.thing so IMA make it happen come hell or high water. Sparkly lambo guy said it well " I saw my first Lamborghini when I was 17. I worked hard and saved everything for 12 years." 12 years? I'm 35 and I can't save for 12 days let alone 12 years. I mean I have a helluva work ethic but the Japanese are a whole nother level of dedication toEVERYTHING.
Agreed. I once read that, of course, not every Japanese gets to be the head of a major corporation. Some are street sweepers. But that sweeper has the intention and the ethic to be the best street sweeper that ever lived. That's not a bad way to look at things.

And that's sort of the thing I've adopted. I'm never going to be an astronaut. I'll probably never be more than mid management. But every job I've ever held with a measurable performance matrix, I broke it. I flat out make them rewrite the rules because of what I do. I have actually been told in performance reviews that I need to slow down because I make everyone else look bad. And that's how the Japanese approach everything. I think that's what's so entrancing about the culture. No matter what it is, its massive. I only hope to aspire to that level with the corolla.
