I was watching a YouTube video from Barrel Brothers this morning - they're in Australia, and build custom wheels; you may have seen their work on Mighty Car Mods or Skid Factory videos. https://www.youtube.com/c/BarrelBros In this latest video they mentioned a Canadian website that may be a useful reference for people here. It shows a huge number of mostly Japanese alloy wheels, and provides a little history and background on each one. https://kyushashoes.com
Kyusha shoes is great, I think the guy's name who runs the page is Quinn. He even includes old magazine ads from when the wheels were new. Also I've gotten center caps from Barrel Bros and they were good to deal with, we visited their shop last time we were in Oz and it was basically a candy store of every wheel I've ever wanted..
Very neat site, love that he has the old ads up too. Didnt spend a ton of time on there, but scrolled through some of the listings and it was cool seeing that old stuff on there with specs etc
Thanks for sharing--I think....
Cool link , too many design ideas :)
thanks
