I know this isn't an "official" consideration, but I don't think it's a good idea to make it a mandatory part of the Challenge. Like someone else pointed out, a good rallycross car is often a slow autocross car, and vice versa. Yes, this would result in more diverse and well-rounded cars, but with the very limited resources we're all dealing with, the overall speeds in all events would likely go down and we'd be left with much more boring cars, IMO. You can drag race and autocross on the same set of slick tires, but you can't feasibly rallycross on R6s. It's hard enough to budget for two sets of tires, but three is out of the question.
How about do the autocross with Rallycross scoring. Every run counts, and vary the course ever so slightly, but 100% on pavement. This would reward reliability.
