I mean I did all 4 injectors in under an hour on an NB which is harder. 95 should just be unbolt the rail and replace the seals. Nothing major.

Yeah, it's a very quick process. Just make sure to lightly lube up the new seals

Another question..

A couple of places sell only the one o-ring injector seal (AZ, Advance and even FM) instead of a set.

Is that all I really need?  Exhibit A

Pretty much. 

What will really extend the job is if you drop one of the fuel rail spacers down between the intake manifold and the block. Don't :)

Yeah, keep track of those little plastic spacer rings. They are hard to find when lost. Also, use OE injector seals.  I used parts store ones and they started leaking again.
