Kinda surprised that nobody has posted about this car, yet.

A hybrid supercar made in the US....

Kinda hard to get excited about a car when there's only one, it's not for sale, and they haven't finished development yet. Another vaporware boutique "manufacturer".

The concept is cool though, for sure!

People have posted about less potential cars....

At least this one moved. I'm pretty sure they used a Ferrari chassis for an earlier prototype.

I'll say that the sound is pretty nice indeed. Also, 800hp total between the gas and electric engines.

I know a few folks on the project and it is progressing toward certified status, which is a pretty big deal!

I agree. Ford has built some supremely boring cars for most of my life (not all of them of course) but these eco-boost engines are impressive and point to VERY good things in the near future. The sound of that little blip-shift made the hairs on my head (all three of them) stand up.

I'll pay attention to hybrid supercars when they sound like the toyota lemans cars.....
