Lake George Winter Carnival

The Adirondack Motor Enthusiast Club, Inc. (AMEC) will be holding two days of ice racing on Feb. 21-22.

The Mega Speed show from the Discovery Channel will be filming.

We now have a 20-20 deal. During lunch break, a track day on ice. 20 minutes for $20. Helmets and winter tires are required.

Sounds awesome, was just at Lake George this past weekend for skiing in the area. Tons of people on the lake with snowmobiles and trucks. Easy enough to get on the lake, Very cool to drive out there!

As a GRMer you'll appreciate the ingenuity and diversity of these rides; everything from tubing with V8s to Mom's Subie.

Holy schneikes!! Sprint cars on ice! That's ridiculous. Plus a Corvair and old skool 9000. Sadly I'm on call for the weekend or I might consider a road trip.
