My truck began making a strange noise the other day. After much tinkering I the high pressure seal on the compound turbo setup has failed. It is totally disassembled and I am ordering parts to ensure this does not happen again. Has anyone had a similar experience with the Ford 6.4 regardless of the year or chassis its in. -Thanks-
I clearly have got the process for posting photos all wrong.

Has to be hosted on Photobucket, Imgur, etc. Cannot direct post from computer
I thought that was what I was doing. Thanks NGTD
We service a fleet of 6.4 trucks at work and too the best of my knowledge there hasnt been any issues like that. They seem pretty stout compared too the 6.0 ambulance fleet.
That's good to know! Let me try that picture again.
I apologize, I am now just using this thread to figure out how to post pictures. Sorry. Oh and thanks NGTD, that's good to know.
I can't comment on your issue, but I will tell you doing a tuner and a turbo-back exhaust 100% transformed my truck. Quieter, less labored, and significantly better gas mileage. Oh, and it doesn't make a quart of "oil" between changes.
The exact new setup is as follows
EGR delete
DPF delete
Elite torque-tow 58/71mm compound setup
5" exhaust
Bank power 6 gun computer (it came n its own case)
I wanted to do this along time ago and this just seemed like the perfect excuse. I will add more pictures as I go and as I put it back together. It is taking priority over my fun projects.
^ I have their Electron tuner. It's one of those "why didn't I do this sooner" type thing.
I am exited to see how much better it will be, and at the same time baffled as to what went wrong.
