FBM always seems to have some. Some say leaky hose, others seem barely used. Has anyone bought a used set and do you have any lessons learned that can be shared?

Make sure its 12v or 110v depending on what you want. The connectors on mine leak a bit, but otherwise been SOLID. glad i bought it.

Too bad you aren't closer to CT. I have a set that I bought brand new 3 years ago that haven't even left the boxes. I just don't have the time to put them to use, though I know they are awesome.
Huh. I bought mine (120V) used about 2 years ago. It works great and the connectors have never leaked a drop.
Following. I've been kicking around picking up a set for a while.
A friend of mine bought his when Costco was running what seemed to be like an annual sale. Unboxed them used them a couple of time and sold them a few months ago for what he paid for them.
