Best I've seen in my Land Cruiser is 16mpg.  That was a 6 hour highway drive with the cruise control set at 80mph.  Speed limit was 75mph.  I guess if I'd set the cruise at 70mph I might've gotten 18mpg?

Lol. Idk Even when I posted that, as if you dont know those things haha. Not paying attention to who I was replying to :)

Isn't your Land cruiser full-time all-wheel drive though?

All US Spec (and maybe all 200s) are full time AWD with a lockable center diff to make then 4WD.  So they are probably worst case compared to Sequoia/Tundra.  Mine with 33" All Terrains, a roof basket, and levelling spacers got a hand calculated 12-14 MPG in mixed driving.  But it was oh-so-comfortable doing it.

Land Cruisers are also silly amounts of heavy for their size.  Approx 200lbs heavier than the heaviest Tundra but comparable to a Sequoia.

I can confirm 12 mpg on school run and grocery store type errands.  12 mpg towing at 70ish mph. 16-18mpg at 75-80 on reasonably flat highway.

Yes, full time 4/all wheel drive.  Wish it wasn't, don't really see the point and it does have the controls to switch into 4 Low.  So Toyota could've built it like the Tundra and made it run in 2 wheel drive all the time...

Interesting about the weight, didn't realize my 200 weighed more than the heaviest Tundra.  That's crazy

new 2017 tundra crewmax 5.7 limited vs the old 4.6 f150 xl, which will be going to my dad. Very happy with it, it fits my main requirement (red)
