Sorry I've been out of touch. This move has been kicking our arse, I was injured, my uncle died and now my son's service dog got into coco this morning while we were asleep. She didn't make it. And my 13 year old son is extremely distraught. I'm about to sell everything and move to a rural town in France. I swear.
Man that sounds like a rough time. Hope it's better moving forward.
A lot on your mind for sure and hopefully it will ease up soon. You can always come here and relax a bit maybe.

Me too. My long covid make life rough enough. We made this move to start a animal therapy business. My wife is out on workers comp, and even that's been screwy. She hasn't been paid in nearly 2 months.

Where are you located. We're now in Thurmont MD
Wow, that is a bad run. I'm very sorry and I hope things turn around soon.
That's just too, too much. I'm sorry, and I hope you get some upward motion ASAP.
In reply to Jesse Ransom :
Thanks, me too!
My boy's pup's mother just killed my wife's duck. Can this get worse?
I should have kept my mouth shut. The mom just died. She and the pup got into coco, the baking kind. We thought, through a call to the vet, she was safe. This is brutal
Wow Doc, hang on, we're pulling for you.
Damn Doc. Positive thoughts heading your way. But Damn... very sorry for the latest happenings.
The .other dog was my mom's. She hadn't had a pet of her own since childhood. She's up in NY due to her brother's passing and this happens. Still can't get my head around all this crap.
Man that's a horrible run I hope the universe eases up on you and your family.
Doc, Oh Boy! I have no words. Please keep us with you.
Given the severity of it all, maybe a little humor would help...
You have the makings here of a great Country & Western song. You've got momma and dogs. Now you just need to add in some about trains, and trucks, and gett'ng drunk. If you're not familiar with the reference cut to the 3 minute mark:

Well my 03 7.3 has developed a fuel leak out of the blue.
oh my goodness, man. I don't have words for all that, it's just awful.
Ugh, sounds like you're going through a lot. Hang in there and keep putting one foot in front of the other and things should get better. Glad to see you back on here!
Sorry to hear you're going through it. Here if you need anything.
A few years ago I lost both of my dogs within a month of my Mother dying of Covid. One from cancer and the other from old age. Earlier this year my house caught fire during the big storm when the connection to the pole out back was hit by a tree branch and shorted out the circuit breaker box.
I will never be able to replace my mother, but I did manage to rescue two new dogs. Not only did the insurance company repair the damage on the burned house, but since the contractor was already out there they gave me a discount on some additional work that made the place look better than it ever did before. They finished all repairs last week.
Life can really suck sometimes, but eventually time heals all. It will get better.
Dang man. Sounds like Murphy and the law of averages are dumping on you all at once instead of spreading it out. When this E36 M3 turns around, hopefully you'll have smooth sailing for a while.
Sorry to hear that, my friend.
Maybe you should go play the lottery. Your luck just has to turn around soon.
Sorry to hear that, when it rains it pours. And when things that start adding up like it makes each one even more frustrating than if it just happened by itself.

Just need a good IP lawyer. They're not as easy to find as you think. There's a company using my 2 patents without permission. Maybe that'll be as good as the lottery.
