Way to work today sorry rear photo do not take well. It has very large ground effect splitters under and to the rear of car, about 12 inches behind bumper and wings on each side of front bumper, about 6 inches wide.

Wow. Can tell it’s not in the Midwest, those rims wouldn’t last two miles. That’s some seriously skinny sidewall going on there.
This is the new hardpark style out here in california. Body mods without power are coming back due to the smog rules. Expecially the old stuff in the higher end crowds. There is a R31 running around in San Diego that is done perfectly to this spec.

I'm not a fan of slammed cars (really?) and I always kinda though the R31 was fugly, but this angle makes it look good.
So we're making fun of people who like cars and spend their time and money to modify them because they didn't do it the way we think they should?

That depends on if you think cosmetic alterations qualify as modifying, which is one of those existential questions that can't have an answer that everyone will be happy with.
