The Nismo Z is just a tough, tough sell, even at MSRP. It's bookended by the M2 and a base Corvette. Factor in "market adjustments" and I don't know why anyone would even look at the Nissan

You have a good point, even just looking at the Z NISMO base price of $65,750 its more expensive than the GR Supra.
So after spending 5 days and a few hundred miles in the Z NISMO on the backroads around the Finger Lakes in NY I have some thoughts. There is something special about the Z NISMO. Yes it is expensive for what you get on paper but just look at it, almost everyone on our Classic Motorsports Road Tour came up and said how good it looked and I agree. Nissan nailed the styling on this car inside and out, its hard to find a bad angle of it. Unfortunately the looks don't make up completely for the driving experience. It does seem quicker than the standard Z in a straight line and the automatic transmission is really good on the street. In sport and sport+ the car really wakes up and always seemed to be in the right gear at the right time. The suspension is firm and you notice it driving around, this car beats you up and the seats while supportive are a really tight fit for a daily driver. It is also loud, after a few days I got use to all the noise inside the cabin but after driving the MDX back to the airport I realized just how much road noise you get inside the Z NISMO. All things considered am curious to see how much faster it is on our test track when we get one down here in Florida.
