No competition at all. Murano vert still dominates the hideous market segment

I would love to ask the designers of the morono and evoque vert what they were smoking. So make a 4x4 suv with limited actual offroad ability...then cut the top off and replace it with canvas so it leaks and flaps in the wind..genius!

The Evoque looks a lot better compared to the Murano, but that's not saying much.

That said, it's equally as stupid as the Murano vert as a general concept.

And +1 on it looking like a fat Sebring.

kinda makes me wish Pontiac would have sold a convertible version of the Aztec just so an American company could be #1..

I think the Murano vert was discontinued too many sales people committed suicide when they realized they had to get them off their lots.

That reminds me of a MINI. They keep making those things larger and larger. Why not a drop top SUV?

Because British.

Seriously, think about it. If they can make it leak oil too it'll be the perfect car for people who bought a Miata but miss the "character" of their old MGs.

Is that a Honda Element with a Land Rover badge sitting behind it?

No, the Element is actually useful.
Seriously, automakers thing crap like this has a place in the world? And they can find people who will buy them? Wow.

It pretty much just looks like an Audi, or similar, convertible...But with an even higher belt line. It's not great, but not nearly as horrible as the Murano either. Similarly, I don't see why it would make that much less sense overall than an Audi, or similar, convertible either.

I don't think the RR is nearly as ugly as the Murano. That's not to say I like it. But, remember the Willys Jeepster?

This looks like what most Wrangler owners really want.
