I've posted the dimensions before and I have them in a file at home, having measured my 1uzfe, one day. I think it was like 25" cubed, with the AC compressor clutch sticking out front a bit more, maybe an inch. It looked like it would just barely fit in my Esprit, which uses the 910 engine (same block, head, etc. as the Elite/Eclat but with a TURBO). Google that kiwi one with the 1uzfe. Looks like it fits in just fine.

No, but there is a legal one for sale here, at least think it's still for sale. Me loves Excels, especially the later years.
Details?

He's had these for sale for years, so not sure of current status. Very interesting guy. http://www.utahlotusmuseum.com/id265.htm

So, Matt, would that be like approximately 25" cubed?

Pretty darn close, good Doctor. Wasn't doubting, I was just looking for the 1UZ Lotus and came across that.

That's the one I saw, Hasbro. Those Kiwi's are car-crazy. That's where my AFM and ECU came from 10 years ago when I put a 20v in an MR2.

Not sure how many others there are in Oz but I recently bought my 87 Excel SE across from UK..Fibreglass body and Gal chassis were great but every nut and bolt was a write off! Still it was worth the effort to get it fixed and all original..sounds like an Alfa on steroids!
