What is out there?
Not much OEM is going to work so with a fat torque curve from 3000 RPM to 7000 RPM what can take this kind of power?

For land speed racing we are having to go to g force transmissions. My dad and I took a tour of their facility. It was incredible. So many CNC machines! They can pretty much build what ever you want. Here is a link to what we were looking at.

G-Force GF-1000 or a clutchless Liberty for a front engine RWD. But then you are easily going to spend 4-5k just for a trans. Although I must say if you start replacing the input and output shafts in a TKO-600, you have a box that should handle that kind of power.
Please tell me that it also makes close to the same torque, and it will primarily be a street car.
1000hp na is a hell of an engine. Must be HUGE.
Torque will kill it before HP. If its a 600 tq engine, you can use several. If we're looking at higher torque, you're pretty limited.
T56 magnum can be built close to what you want, but it may strip out 3rd and 4th... or blow the tailhousing off. Lenco/Jefco might be an option depending on the use of the car.

I will give them a call, surprised that G Force came up in this thread especially recommended by PACC, they must be working hard on their product development
there is a reason most 1000+hp machines are autos, the cost. a stock truck c6 or powerglide is good up to 700ish ft lbs.
Borg Warner Super T-10 with the large input shaft?
Worked in a 57 Tbird behind a well tuned BBC with a Mooneyham 12-71 and very Large drag slicks and won trophies....

This will NOT happen

What is the budget.
I had a rockcrusher built to hold 800hp and about the same torque years and years ago and it was kind of streetable. Straightish cut gears and a hydro setup and it might be doable. The spider gears and the lugs were the biggest issues, plus tire slippage, not the transmission. Would not be reliable with freeway speeds for any length of time though.
There are ways to make a Lenco sorta streetable. Some have reverse and downshift abilities.
Otherwise, you're aftermarket only unless its a super light car with 5:00-or higher (numerically) rear gears. I might try a Magnum T56 (the 6060 upgrade of the T56). Its rated for 700 lb-ft, is super simple to adapt to a Ford, and tons of aftermarket support to make it even stronger.
I'm putting a heavily modified TNET1247 T56 (viper) behind a 550+ tq LS6 and I expect it to last a long time. The magnums should be able to take your HP.
I helped tear down a Magnum that was in a 1000 hp C6 road racer. It went through 6 race seasons before wiping half the teeth off of 2nd gear.
Certainly not overkill by any means, but the Tremec can be made to handle it as long as you don't abuse it. I only mention it because you could have a $2000 transmission that is almost strong enough instead of a $6000 transmission that sucks on the street but lasts forever.
what about a manual out of one of the newer diesel trucks? Don't some of those make lots of torque srock?
