Slap a Holley on there and be the envy of others at your local dragstrip.

There were variants of this engine used in front and mid-rear applications, so it may depend on which variant...looks like the F136 is more of an engine family than a specific model, even DI and dry sumps were options:

Well,,, it could be either, it's flexible. The outside rear tire width is 83" because I thought that that was how wide a Lamborghini Countach was. I might have been off by 12". With a costume 9" home brew center section at something like 16.5", S10 half shafts and early Eldorado spindles equals 83".
I seem to recall seeing the Maserati version of these motors show up used on ebay for $3-4k. It planted a seed for doing an engine swap - this motor into something you absolutely do not expect to have a high-revving Italian V8. Like a Volvo 240. Or Chevy S10.

In a 79 Camaro. Even more aneurisms

I actually had a dream about a car like this a week or two ago: dual wheels up front like a Tyrrell P34 and dual wheels out back like an Auto Union.
I've been seriously considering a Ferrari motor swap for the FD. That's not that much more money than a new keg, probably would be about equal to swapping in a 20b
