I agree. I really want to like the Metris, but the M-B part scares the poo out of me. It makes me fear being somewhere out in the boondocks of Montana looking for someone who has computer diagnostics for German cars... Umm...

FWIW the guys that I know who have the Sprinter love them. They certainly hold their value well.
There is a company two doors down from me that has 2 of them. They are constantly in the shop. The owner bitches about them every time they go in. They eat fuel pumps like candy and have def system failures often. It's not the cost that is the problem, it's the down time. They spend several weeks a year in the shop. I'm willing to bet he will never buy another MB product.
