I got this in a package with another Miata, I was hoping some of you experts could help me get it in running shape again.

Here is the pictorial rundown:

The main thing on the supercharger is the bypass valve actuator is gone, I had a local supercharger guru check out the unit itself and he says the coating looks really good and there is no apparent play in it. I'm not sure what, bracket wise, I'm missing though I suppose I could fab something up.

The chipped ECU is a bit odd, googling around only yields this one thread, maybe Keith or someone will know more about it?

Is there anyone to figure out the injectors without getting them flow tested? They're all super clean, but someone removed the code from the side of them.

Any insight into this particular setup would be awesome.

Do you have the dummy throttle body that replaces the stock one? Only thing I see off the bat missing in the photos. Not sure on brackets or injectors, your probably going to have to get them flow tested to find out for sure what they are if there are no numbers

Look like 1G DSM 450cc injectors to me.

Actuator should be no problem to replace.

I'd be tempted to ditch the random modified ECU and injectors and go with a modern, adjustable solution like a Voodoo Box and stock injectors. You'll be limited to about 160 rwhp, but that blower isn't happier going any further anyhow.

I'll take some pictures of the "throttle body" on the end of the supercharger, I assume that's what you're referring to.

In regards to the injectors, I believe that the injectors are dsm units from my extensive knowledge (I googled a bit, lol), I think they come in a few flavors though? It's also kind of odd that they sanded the serial number away.

That was my thought in regards to the ECU. I only want around 130-140 rwhp. My miata already had more potential than I have skill, I just want a bit more shove (It would be so nice for the hill after turn 6 at Laguna...). I'm trying to keep it pretty tame since so far the little guy has been reliable as a hammer. I've been eyeballing the various goodies on Flyin' Miata. Do you guys sell the bypass valve? I didn't see it on the site, but I haven't put too much effort into locating it yet.

I don't have any technical knowledge to impart, but I will offer some moral support - keep going on the project, because supercharged Miatas are hewn from pure awesome.

That chipped ecu is an old JDM product. I remember reading about it in an old m.net thread about socketing the Miata ecu. I'll see if I can dig it up.

We don't sell the bypass valves - or more specifically, the actuator. I don't THINK that kit used an external valve, but it's been a few years since I paid any attention to one. You could go to Magnusson (the supercharger manufacturer) or pull one off something like a MINI. They're pretty generic.
