Tested old thermostat - good.
New thermostat is still in the car. Life has been in the way for the last 48 hours so I haven't turned any wrenches. I put cardboard in front of the radiator and got a bunch of heat back, so there's a 100% chance the cooling system is running nonstop.
What was the temperature of the water when it started to open?
