I was talking with a friend yesterday that has a lot of 4 wheel seat time about lap times around Mid Ohio and we were curious about how two wheels compared to four. The problem is that he has never been on the track in a car and used the “chicane” before the Keyhole and I have never ridden there and not used it.
Anyone have a lap time comparison (I’m guessing it will be in a car) between using the chicane and not?
I irresponsibly speculated that if I didn’t have to use the chicane and could run straight into the keyhole it would be worth 2-3 seconds.
