I googled for a few minutes trying to find one for you, no success.
I felt I needed to do as much before I asked the key question:
Are you sure it's not just ice cream?
Lol. Thanks guys. At least it will be here at 8 am. Hoping to be on the road by 9. It seems really easy to change. I hope thats not an illusion. Big crecent for the fan clutch nut (reverse thread) loosen alternator adjustment nut remove belt, take off six bolts install is reverse. Piece of cake right? Lmao.
Depending on how long it's been in place, getting that fan clutch nut loose can be the difficult part - make sure your adjustable wrench has narrow jaws so it fits. If it's too thick you may have to find something else, I use a skinny bicycle spanner wrench.
Then, you have to hold the pulley stationary while you break loose the nut. Depending on how tight it is, squeezing the fan belt around the pulley may provide enough tension. Another possibility is taking the 10mm wrench from your trunk tool kit, and putting it on one of the small bolts holding the pulley on in such a manner that it's wedged against one of the other small bolts (this can be a little tricky but I've done it in the past.)
I'd try getting it loose today while you're waiting around, to make sure it doesn't hold you up after you get the new water pump tomorrow. Once the fan is loose, it's a little tight but you should be able to remove it and then the water pump without having to pull the radiator.
Thanks for confirming that will be the hardest part. Ill probably end up having to buy something at oriellys that will fit that nut but ill go see if what I have will work since I have nothing but time right now. Btw if you are ever in poplar bluff skip the super 8 and spend the money on the drury or holiday inn express. I didn't.
If there's a bike shop around there, get a 32mm headset wrench - hands down the easiest tool option. The biggest flathead screwdriver you have will usually suffice to hold the pulley in place. Anti-seize the threads on the new pump so the fan will be easier to get off the next time.
