Awwww, HELL NO! (Spoken in Will Smiths voice)
There's something about the video production that's just really annoying. Not sure if it's the over use of the boom camera, or the frequent scene cuts. I HAVE to find something I don't like about it - besides the terrible mileage...
200 more than my last house, 200 less then the current one. 52 times more expensive than my first house, about 15 times the current one.
Nice though. I like the leather and wood looks. Ditch the TVs, turn the upstairs into a master suite, and park it on the edge of a cool mountain lake. I would be as close to heaven as I could get while alive.
It does make one think about the possibilities of a pop-up format. Why couldn't one do a Uber-westfalia with a camper over one's car trailer?
It is impressive, but something about the color palate make it look a bit dated. Then again, my kitchen cabinets are green, so Will Smith could easily say the same about my place.

Coincidentally, I was day-dreaming of a similar 2-story pop-up trailer idea a few years ago: garage space on the first floor with living space up top. However, I was thinking of something that could be towed by your average dually pick-up and just couldn't make the heights work. A trailer towed by a standard OTR rig would be less height-restricted.
Hmm... I wonder if a double pop-up could work...

Gold/brass appointments mostly, and possibly the carpet.

Now hold on a moment, Will doesn't park this out back of his house and take it to the KOA every now and again. It's not an RV like you are used to, it is a business expense.
Consider that he makes $20+ million per film, and that his films have grossed over a billion dollars and they (mostly) have been really good. When he agrees to accept a role in a major summer blockbuster, he knows that he will be away from his family for a really long time, and that he might be really stressed out. So, he factors things like this trailer into the equation. He can be relaxed and comfortable, continue to work on his other projects and run his business, and have his family along as much as he wants. So, after expenses, he is only making like $17 or $18 million per film. See? He's just a regular guy!
That's one way of escaping property taxes. A few $10,000 properties all over the country and roll that thing back and forth between them. They can't tax you for something not permanent. Unfortunately most local government dont let your primary residence be an RV.

Maybe you should share some of the stuff that made you lose a decade, give or take.
