Dude, I'd have spent $1500 just to get my man card stamped. The lift is just icing on the cake!

I called around locally and I can get the Bend Pak for $1950 plus $135 lift gate fee plus sales tax. So I am looking at $2200 to get it in my garage.

I haven't found any $1500 deals except Harbor Freight. They are saying $1497 delivered but it is unclear if that includes lift gate. It's probably the same lift but I just don't know about buying from HF. I have a lot of HF stuff and sometimes the tool just breaks and I toss it before buying the brand name version. I can't do that with a lift...

Keith what did you find?

Congrats. I'm in a similar position except I already bought the two post in anticipation of building a new shop with higher roof eventually. In the meantime I have the Rotary 10k pad lift and really like it.

I had a real cheap scissor lift before that was a pain getting low cars on. With the pad lift you just drive over, set your blocks where the jack points are and lift. you can do trans work etc if you position the car where the end you want to work on is in the open end as opposed to above the cylinders. If I had a better scissor lift I think I would have stuck with it, but the one I had was garbage, so when I found a great deal on the used Rotary I jumped on it.
