Just go buy the kit from DIY. It only takes an hour to put together, if that.
I could get mine shipped out to you. It's already on loan but I think my buddy is done with it so let me know if you still need one. FWIW, it is pretty simple to put together (cake if you did a MS) and invaluable for troubleshooting if/when you have problems.
