Why not just run it with the megasquirt? otherwise, I have a MSD6a on my locost, which was in the MR2 and worked great in there.
Problem is getting a clean tach signal with a distributor equipped small block mopar. Weve been fighting the hei8 ignition system issues for well over a year, and my tuner knows msd setup just flat works.
I HAVE an msd box, but unfortunately it doesn't accept the points trigger input. Just mag inputs (gm nascar box). So i gotta get a different one.
Go crank trigger?

No. I spent MONTHS building the accessory drives. Months. There is no possible way to add an accurate crank trigger without an incredible amount of redesign and machine work.
