I'm starting to see "murdered" in some ads these days. Is this the new "sick" (or "phat" or....)?
yuck.

I believe (while suppressing a wretch), that it is slang for having blacked-out everything (lenses, trim, etc...)
It's the new "blacked out". All trim/badges removed or painted black, usually black wheels and tint.
Murdered usually means blacked-out. Sometimes it's very tasteful and well executed and sometimes it covered in black spraypaint and stick-on headlight covers.
Some cars look pretty good (newer 3 series) and some (1994 Toyota Corolla) look terrible.
YMMV
I saw a "murdered out" Cobra the other day. Funny thing about it.... It hada 04 hood goofy scoops, and rear drum brakes. Oddly enough, it sounded likea GT with retarded timing. I wasn't about to let him know that i knew. Dumbass...

The phrase is "murdered out".
You have to be wearing low-slung pants, a sideways hat, and dipping when you say it, though.
(I have no idea what the connection is between the parking-lot enthusiasts and dip.)

Oddly enough, not even a base V6 would have had drum brakes.
I think there is a distinction between "blacked-out" and "murdered-out."
Blacked-out cars have glossy paint, like this:
Murdered-out cars have matte or flat paint like this:
I think the infamous SCC Silvia was the first car to popularize the murdered-out/matte paint looks. Funny because it was spray-bombed for cheapness, not for looks:

Isn't that the way it normally works? One clever person does something neat, effective, or pragmatic, and six billion other people copycat the result without regard to whether it has anything to do with solving their particular problems?
In reply to ransom:
SCC did just as you said with their STi. From from I remember, there was nothing wrong with the blue paint, and they just Krylon bombed it just because.

it doesn't matter if glossy or flat, just so long as it is all black
A couple of weeks ago a saw a motor home on the freeway that had been sprayed solid black. Theres not an RV AC unit on earth that could keep that thing from being a giant solar oven down here in Texas. Maybe that's why he was headed north. Normally I'm ambivalent about flat black cars, but every now and again I see one on Craigslist that is flat black and the AC is non functional here in Houston. Who the hell thought that was a good idea?

I taw no diskezez
I don't think it matters either about the glossiness of the paint. Sometimes it looks good:
But unfortunately, they usually look redneck retarded like this:
When I had my black CTS-V one of the things that drove me nuts is that everyone looked at me funny because I refused to "murder out" my car. Once the brotato/flatbiller crowd started getting a hold of those cars, I knew it was time to sell.

It was new around 2004...
I have a black saab... I have already been asked if I intend to "murder it"
making me regret buying a black car and I have not even driven it more than 100feet
