Lincoln Versailles had discs on the back end, hung off of a 9" rear. At one time it was a very popular junkyard fine but other rear axles have come along to replace these somewhat rare pieces as prize finds.

I just had a tingly feeling run up my leg.
Volvo twin cam 2.3.
Is it easy? Depends on the fab skills. I t will bolt on and the cyl bores are in the right place

With the SVO's, isn't there an issue with the front control arms not being made anymore by anyone, and the bushings can't be replaced? Or has the enthusiast crowd developed a solution?

The ball joints are the problem.
Maximum motorsports makes parts to use SN95 control arms in place of the lincoln SVO control arms.
The SVO K member is different in that it is shorter thus usimg the longer control arms. The spindle is also different in that the ball joint is bigger and the hole in the spin dle is bigger. Maximum motorsports also has ball joint adapters so you can use the spindles on other fox cars.
hehehehehe......
its been a loooong time since I owned my Fox chassis 1980 Turbo(blow through) Capri with the TRX suspension, and the Recaros...
I added a few Racer Walsh go fast bits(variable boost with alcohol/water injection, and a full Koni suspension package) I also upped the TRX tire package from the 190/65/390, to the 220/55/390
