MX-3 coilovers fit Capri XR2?

I ordered eBay coilovers for the F2T MX-3 only to find it has MX-6 GT struts front & rear... Will these fit on my '93 Capri XR2???

Is the XR2 a BG based chassis?

They should work i believe.

I have had, and still have MX3 stuff on my Escort.
