Alright, this might be a long read, but it's worth it.

Tons of insanity throughout that thread. (besides the vendor on those forums that made an ass of himself on multiple occasions.)

"failboxes" is one of the worst things I've read on this monitor today and you really don't want to lose that race.
That could be a greek tragedy

That E36 M3 is ridiculous.

It doesn't flow as well as i thought it was going to. I think i'm going to go back to the drawing board.
Pretty cool, if you just read the OP's posts and ignore the horrible forum grammar. Must every response be constructed like a 12 year old's text messages?

Anyone rocking custom titanium parts is A-OK in my book...

Its even more tragic when you realize the OP is from Greece and the rest of them are home grown.
I wish there was a way on these "epic forum builds" to filter out everyone but the OP. 27 pages, OP posts like 10 times & the rest is fan boy / hater / troll E36 M3.

There should be a way somewhere. I know most forums can search post or threads started by a user, it would just be a matter of assembling them.

Yeah, the other vendor that seemed to have a bee up his ass through the whole thread was particularly bad. He seemed to be an example of the worst confrontational uneducated redneck possible, but just happened to work on Evos. Great advertising, there.
So, it's powered by a beryllium sphere, huh? But does it have the Omega 13?
Someone posted the link on the local forums, and haters that can't be bothered to read are coming out of the wordwork there, too.

One reason I gladly left EvoM was that it was fully vendor driven. The David Buschurs of the world ruin the place and you get banned for calling him out on his BS. Guy makes fast cars mind you, great stuff but he is a tool of a person imo and is far from the only game in town... please note however how he gets up in anyones grill who posts any sort of numbers.
With that said very cool stuff. Its nice seeing folks push out new parts and do cool new stuff.
Bah.. CNC TI comp wheels are nothing special..
Look at any cummins powered fire truck.

Unless the installer wore a respirator, there's a good chance he'll get lung cancer from those. Beryllium is nasty nasty stuff, keep far away from its dust.

Let's see, Hondas make about 500 - 600 hp on 1000 cc injectors, so this one must make nine times that...

I've always wondered how useful a power curve is that more than doubles delivered power within ~1000 rpm. Imagine talking to someone who whispers the first half of each sentence and yells the second half - yeah, that's not annoying.
They "don't care about dyno charts" but post lots of them. Seems like they're going for the stereotypical drag-racer thing of make-as-much-peak-power-no-matter-what, never mind how it bogs outside that narrow range of insanity.

Can't hate on 2000hp...from a 4 cylinder

It reminds me of the youtube video of the guy with the turbo civic racing a stock GTO. He lost the first few races and upped speed for the last race to make sure his car was "in boost" in order to win . . . And talked E36 M3 about how the slow the GTO was when he FINALLY won 1 race.
Still impressive amount of power . . .
Oh my. The video looks like a wild ride. Low production values, but worth the wait.
My favorite AWD launch. (but skip to the end...)
Impressive, for its displacement yes.
Completely impractical for a street car? Yes again.
Give me a nice curve, not a clip of a heart monitor.

If you read the whole thread, they're anticipating 1000whp by 6000rpms, and they're revving to 12k+. That's a pretty large powerband with GOBS of power.
Gotta remember, this is a motor that makes almost 400whp before the turbo is even strapped on.

I'm with KB on this one. Anything other than a serious drag racer and this engine is useless. It may be a broad power curve, but at some point the engine has to operate below 6000 RPM, unless you do some really weird torque converter magic.

It makes easily twice the power below 6000rpms than an S2000 motor does... i'm not sure if that really qualifies as "useless," though i do see your point. At the end of the day though, these guys are just building what the customer wants. I doubt they have any delusions of this thing being a docile daily driver.
It's probably faster before it even sees positive boost than my car is at ANY point, and i certainly wouldn't call my car slow.
Not meant as a jab to either of you, but i don't really understand the thought process that seems to point to a turbodiesel attached to an automatic being the best drivetrain for anything.
