My neighbor got a C8 today. It is pretty awesome and is bigger than I was expecting.
He offered me a test drive but it only has 30 miles at the moment. I will definitely take him up on it once its broken in.

Its actually pretty funny he has all these ridiculous cars parked outside. I routinely have a bunch of busted junk in my driveway it's quite the contrast
Do we have the front to rear dimensions of the engine/transaxle yet? Think he'd let you join him next time it goes up on a lift?
Glad you at least sat in it. They feel special, even without beating on them. I loved the few minutes I had behind the wheel of one and am excited every time someone from GRM gets to see/experience one
He seems to have a thing for silver. You know, since the steering wheel is already square
might make the car 2 fast though.
Spending what he did on the car I understand, dropping the kind of coin to get a driveway paved like that OTOH....

I seem to recall reading that they are the largest and heaviest mid-engine car built.

His house is undoubtedly worth more than the cars. The market is crazy at the beach.
I could not afford to live where I do had i not bought it after the bubble burst in 2008 needing a bunch of work.

I mean, yeah, but there's really not much competition in that category. Honestly I thought it was smaller in person than I expected, but I thought it looked gigantic in photos so maybe we just had different expectations.
Funny on the driveway comments since I happen to know that the guys old driveway "moved across the street."
I just had a paver drive quoted on a project for $6/SF.. I've heard anywhere from $6-10 for a concrete equivalent. I don't see anything too over-the-top extravagent going on with his driveway, but maybe I've missed something.
Beautiful cars, I'm particularly fond of the P-Car

You just like seat cushions filled with other people's farts.

No, it would be much worse if they were all black.

Porsche Boxster and Cayman, Audi R8, Acura NSX, Ferrari F8, Lamborghini Huracan and Aventador, Alfa 4C, BMW i8, Lotus Evora, every McLaren (570S, 720S, 600LT, GT, 123ABC, etc), and the ridiculous stuff like Bugatti and Koenigsegg...
