There are 13 connections from the air guide to the car (not counting undertray). After an order from mazda motorsports and much fussing around, I'm up to 6 1/2. The two studs that should be poking down out of the frame are busted off (these should also hold the undertray). 1 of the two sheetmetal tabs on the frame is busted off. The other is very flimsy (hence the 1/2). 3 of the bumper tabs are totally gone. Hopefully some creative sheet metal and riveting will take care of last 3.

How do I rectify this? Do they make a kit to repair the busted off studs or steel tabs?

Curses. Got 2 of the 3 bumper cover tabs "fixed" with sheet metal. Then I broke my rivet tool.

Still no answer for the busted off sheet metal tab, but drilled out the two weld studs and tapped them. This brings me to 11.5 fasteners out of 13. Not to shabby. I'm pretty sure the previous air guide only had like 4 :)

Zipties will take care of the rest.

Zip ties, that way when it inevitably gets ripped off again, it wont do much damage.
