I'm trying to find lug nuts for one of my cars. I need 1/2 X 20 open end with 60 degree conical seat and would like them about 2" long. I'd prefer cool looking aluminum ones to reduce weight and compliment the Rushforth wheels. I like the D1 Spec nuts shown below but can't find them listed in 1/2 X 20 anywhere.

Try Mackin Industries:

Not only are they a supplier of Volk and Ray's Wheels, they also sell lightweight lug nuts. Hopefully these will work.

They come in black but... I got you this far, you find 'em :)

I bought some SickSpeed seat brackets that were of good quality - I'd give these a try.

Chrome nuts usually have a little pressed in cap to close off the end. zif you pop the cap off, you've got close to what you are looking for.

Summit has a pretty good assortment of lugnuts for sale -- that's where I'd start.

Dorman catalog will have plenty of plain open ended wide seat steel lug nuts in 1/2-20. Oreilly, at least the one I use, is pretty good for that if you just tell them the thread and style. IDK why anybody would take their chances with an aluminum lug nut, seems like a little gain for a lot of BS between cost and how great AL takes repeated stress.

Don't buy the Sickspeed/eBay nuts if you're going for looks. The black anodizing on mine faded due to sun after about 3 months. At best, I'd go with the silver ones again.

Try www.track-studs.com for a great selection of functional lugs. Dorman is a great idea too.
