I have a lathe, and the aluminum stock to do that under my bench so I'd do it myself but $74 is pretty damn fair. I would not spend one extra second thinking about not buying it if I did not have the lathe.

I got charged $200 to have an aluminum ring of about the same OD fabricated (the part holding this trigger wheel onto the pulley)
