There are tons of these in China and India, I've seen one kinda like that driving around in Michigan (on a standard motorcycle tag) once.

I think they sold those on eBay for a while and I'm pretty sure they're (rightfully) not legal for on-road use in most states.

It's a baby minivan...shhh...it's sleeping.

There's a vegetarian pizza shop in my neighborhood that uses electric three wheelers similar to that for deliveries. I see them out driving around in the middle of winter in snow and subzero temps, so they must work okay.

There is one near me that has been for sale, new, for as long as I can remember. I've also seen one on the road...both left and right sides bashed up from falling over.
