How many manual transmission brand new vehicles have you bought?

My wife and I have bought 9 since 2005.

Newest is a 2018.

Just wondering, I have seen even more cars aren't coming with the stick this year (non performance civics and many others).

It's not new car time but I'm concerned there won't be anything left when it is.

Just the FR-S in 2015. The only new vehicle I've ever owned.

I don't think I know this "New" car.  Is it a two seater? Convertible?

I have only purchased one brand new car, and it had a manual.

I am currently toying with the idea of buying a new automatic in the next year.

Only 1. 1986 Mazda B2000

But I've only had 2 new vehicles in my life.

Out of nearly 100 used vehicles I've owned, the vast majority have been manual.

Between my wife and I we've purchased 4 brand new vehicles:

2002 Sentra SE-R manual

2005 MINI Cooper auto

2016 Mazda6 auto

2020 Jeep Gladiator manual

Both of mine have been manuals, both of hers autos. Of course there have been many, many used cars in there and they've almost all been manuals.

1, my '16 Focus RS.  for the type of driving I usually do?  a GOOD PDK or Dual clutch would have been better and faster.  Given Ford's history with that platform and semi-autos, I'm glad they didn't.

during the 90s and early 00s I couldn't afford a new car (college/post-college)

I bought my 2009 WRX (m/t) new the day the first one hit Subaru lots

I bought my 2018 GTI (m/t) new to replace it.

I own 3 other m/t cars, but all are from the 80s.

My wife's crossover and my tow rig are automatics.

16 Fiesta ST

14 Cruze RS

Sold both after a year of ownership, which is about average for me. Only other new car was 19 Regal TourX, which would have been a stick if it was offered. I have 6 cars right now half auto, half stick. Probably no more new sticks for me, as I like practical vehicles, and you can pretty much only get manuals in Sports cars now, even the Corvette chickened out...

Technically zero.  The car my parents bought for me to commute to college was a new 91 Beretta with a 5 speed.

Since then, always used... but there have been about 6 manuals in and out of my life.

Only new car purchased was manual. If I was more irresponsible with money I probably would have bought ~3 new cars with a manual.

Not counting the many race cars... the last manual we bought in the family was 1995 Civic.

If you have a purpose built race car, it seems you don't need a high performance car for the street (or, can't afford one wink).
